01. I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, which means I can post it on my social media and include it in my portfolio.02. Requests to delay publication until an agreed release date are welcome at no extra cost. Permanent non-disclosure (NDA) requests must be discussed in advance and will incur an additional fee.03. Attribution is required. Proper credit must be given when reposting or using my artwork in any digital or print media.04. Personal use illustrations cannot be modified. Any unauthorized alteration, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.05. Commercial use is permitted with an additional 50% fee. However, unauthorized alteration or modification of the provided artwork is strictly prohibited.06. Clients may resize the final illustration for printing. However, to preserve the integrity of the artwork, the following actions are strictly prohibited without the illustrator’s prior consent and involvement:
a. Altering or adjusting the color palette.
b. Adding, removing, or relocating any elements within the illustration.
c. Modifying or manipulating the artwork beyond the terms stated above.07. Exclusive commercial use with rights to alter, modify, or create derivative works using elements from the final illustration is permitted with an additional 100% fee.08. The use of my work as training data or material for generative AI is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.I reserve the right to cancel the commission immediately (at any stage, including WIPs, revisions, or final artwork) without a refund if my work is found to be used for AI generation.

09. AI-generated images are not accepted as references. Please provide references using human-made artwork, real-life photography, and/or text descriptions10. I do not accept commissions for:
- NSFW/smut/adult content
- Heavily muscular male
- Mecha & furry character
- Butterfly & moth
- RealismSince I have a phobia, please do not send me images contain butterflies and moths.11. I do not do pure white and black colors.12. Commissions will be done in my style. Please do not ask me to replicate another artist’s style.13. I have a messy, textured, and painterly art style, so do not ask me to make it clean and blended smoothly.14. I have the right to decline any commission request that I'm unable or uncomfortable to do.15. The prices listed here represent the base rates. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the details.16. Extra charges may apply for additional revisions, details in Commission Guidelines.17. I do not accept major changes due to inconsistent brief or concept.18. The working process takes 1 to 4 weeks each illustration as it enters the timeline, depending on the complexity of the request and the project’s position in the queue.19. A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due after sketch approval. For orders over $150, payment plans can be discussed in advance.20. Payments are accepted via PayPal (+5% fee for Goods & Services, no fee for Friends & Family), Wise, and bank transfer (BCA).

HOW TO ORDER

01. Contact me via Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter).02. Provide a brief (preferably in PDF format) that includes your request along with at least 4-5 reference images and an email to send the final illustrations.03. I will review your brief to determine whether it aligns with my style and capabilities. If accepted, I will discuss the details, timeline, and pricing with you until we reach an agreement.04. Once everything is confirmed, I will issue an invoice for the upfront deposit.05. Your request will be added to the queue once the payment is received.06. The work will begin according to the agreed schedule. A complete change of requested brief is not permitted once the sketching process has begun.07. Once the sketch is approved, I will issue an invoice for the repayment.

WORKFLOW

For each illustration, I will provide progress updates at each of the following stages:01 Sketch
2-3 working days, excluding client revisions.Only minor adjustments are accepted. I will not redraw the entire sketch, so please ensure your brief and references are clear from the start.02. Base color
2-3 working days, excluding client revisions.Begins once the sketch is approved. Only minor color adjustments are permitted. Adding, removing, or altering elements from the approved sketch is not allowed.03. Rendering
3-4 working days, excluding client revisions.Only minor revision is allowed after the illustration has been completed. Should any other revisions be requested, they will be discussed first and may incur an additional fee.

REVISION

01 ㅤMINOR REVISION
Your commission includes up to 6 free minor revisions in total, allocated as follows:
a. Sketch: Up to 3 revisions (maximum 3 adjustment points per revision). You may request minor adjustments, such as facial expressions, accessories, added items, or other minor details.
b. Base Color: Up to 2 revisions for overall color scheme adjustments.
c. Final: Up to 1 revision (maximum 3 adjustment points). Only minor changes are permitted. Adding new elements is not allowed.Once all 6 free revisions are used, any additional minor revision will cost $3 USD per adjustment point.

02 ㅤMAJOR REVISION
Major revisions are changes that require significant extra work or are requested after the final artwork is completed.Requests made at a later stage that should have been addressed earlier (e.g., asking for sketch changes during the base color or rendering stage) will also be treated as major revisions.Major revision fees start at 10% of the total commission price per revision and may increase depending on the complexity of the changes.
